We sell instantly downloadable digital content, delivered electronically after purchase is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped. Products are provided for informational and educational purposes to help businesses and individuals plan and execute their own marketing and content strategies; they do not guarantee any specific business result.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that Product for your own personal or single-business use, subject to these Terms. You do not own the Product itself — you own a license to use it.

Some purchases may require you to create an account with our checkout or payment platform in order to access your downloads. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with that account and for all activity that occurs under it. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice; the price displayed and confirmed at the time you complete checkout is the price you will be charged. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment and checkout provider(s); we do not directly store your full payment card details.
Occasionally we may offer discounted, bundled, or promotional pricing. Promotional pricing is available only for the duration stated and does not apply retroactively to prior purchases.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Viral By Design is legally established and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of the Site or Products, you agree to first contact us at sales@viralbydesign.co and give us a reasonable opportunity — at least 30 days — to resolve the matter informally before pursuing any other action. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. You and Viral By Design each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.
